We have made significant changes with our packaging. Our customers asked us to reduce shipping costs, lower product costs and initiate meaningful ecological changes with our petroleum derived plastic containers. We have taken the water out of the Diamonds and Pearls Jewelry Cleaner and made concentrate packets. When customers keep their original plastic, jar lid, and jewelry tray - all they need to do now is pour new concentrate and purified water into the original D&P jar. Consumers can just add filtered water to the D&P cleaner concentrate
Also, customers no longer pay shipping costs for the water in our water-based cleaning products and for
plastics containers that end up in city land-fill sites. Gemcare has already mailed out hundreds of D&P concentrate packets to customers who ordered either by phone or on Amazon or Yahoo Shopping websites. Our customers have welcomed our new cost cutting and new pricing strategy. We also received several compliments from traveling customers who were able to keep their jewelry cleaner concentrate when they boarded their airplane to return home. Major airlines allow travelers to carry containers aboard that contain less than 3-ounces of liquids.
